Tai Chi Routines
NewAgeTaichi offers a multitude of training regiments which include, but are not limited to, those shown in the categories below.

Tai Chi Quan
There is a Chinese saying that "Half of all Chinese Sports are Wushu, and half of Wushu is Taichi". Although there is no sufficient scientific research on this, it does shows that Taichi Quan, together with its long history has indeed become a very popular sport which is widely practiced all over the world.

Scientific research have also shown that Taichi Quan routines help to improve on overall physical fitness, posture alignment, improve stability & balance and it is also a very good form of mind over body exercises.
