Tai Chi Kickbox Letter of Testimonial

This is to certify that the following coaches, Yip See Kit and Diana Ng Bee Ching of NewAgeTaichi Pte Ltd had conducted the Tai Chi Kickboxing as part of the sabbatical program for the students from Hwa Chong Institution during the period 23rd – 27th August 2010.

The coaches were clearly competent and well equipped in their coaching and able to instill strong discipline and moral values while having fun among the students through their Tai Chi Kickbox class. The students also had very strong rapport with the coaches and looking forward to each session.

The gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi that are coordinated with breathing help one achieves a sense of inner calm. It has also helped the students to be better equipped with the knowhow to handle stress more effectively. Kickboxing on the other hand is one of the most physical demanding sports around with a fitness training component that can bring out the best in anyone, regardless of their age or stamina.

Combining these both martial arts together gives a complete blend of total mind and body fitness well-being which will instill the body with the energy for better concentration, focus, discipline and fitness level.

Eddy Liong of Sec 303 says “To me, this course wasn’t exactly about building up a physique, but to build a character, and I think it indeed built mine. Never give up and persevere”. Another student, Mok Jun Neng of Sec 102 comments “I enjoy the course very much as it had built my strength and energy. Last time, I was just a little boy but after attending this course, I can feel the energy flowing inside me and feel much stronger than before.”

Overall, we are pleased with the team of coaches from NewAgeTaichi Pte Ltd for their excellent coaching service. Looking forward to working with them again in future.
