8 simple practices performed in a seated meditation posture with a focus on kidney health and harmonizing Qi within the body

Seated Eight Pieces (of) Brocade Movements
  1. Knock teeth × 36 times, visualise Small universe 1 time
  2. Both arm embrace head with forward bending × 12 times Cup ears with fingers tapping × 24 times
  3. Both arms embrace head and upper body rotation left & right (2 × 12= 24 times)
  4. Tongue circular movements (6×6 =36 times)
  5. Place palm behind back of kidney and rub with circular movements (6×6=36 times) visualise Small universe 1 time
  6. Both palms facing circular movements ( 6×6 = 36 times)
  7. Palm pressed on crown of head ( 3×3 =9 times)
  8. Seated forward bend ( 3×3 =9 times) visualise Small universe 1 time
