Zixuan - Freeform Taichi Quan demonstration by Coach Yip See Kit. This freeform Taichi combines the essence of 42 Taichi Quan International Competition Routine, Chen Style Taichi, Sun Style Taichi and 18 Style Taichi.

This freeform Taichi uses the Sun Style Taichi as the main foundation and the routine begins with movements from the 18 styles Taichi quan, followed by the different kicks and explosive movements from the 42 Taichi Quan International Competition Routine and the Chen Style Taichi. Several technically difficult movments were also part of the highlights in this routine.
