Programme ID 5069 - Wushu, Kickboxing & Tai Chi Combo Workout Program Description
Participants will be exposed to various forms of martial arts, which include Wushu, Kickboxing & Tai Chi. They will be taught the fundamental movement pattern and skills of these martial arts through a series of workout sessions.

Participants get to mix and match the 3 different forms of martial out workouts in the 8 sessions of workout session. Each workout session will expose participant to applying the different mechanics and principles of martial arts technique.

For the Wushu workout, Wushu fundamental movement skills which may seem difficult for beginners are incorporated & break down into fun and challenging Wushu games play where participants get to enjoy endless fun play while mastering some of the basic Wushu movements. For the kickboxing workout, those kicking and punching techniques which may seem difficult for beginners are incorporated & broken down into simple rhythmic aerobic workout movements.

Participants are taught on the biomechanics principles of correct kicking and punching techniques and posture alignment. For the Tai Chi workout, mind & body focus and also the Tai Chi principles on how to incorporate into the daily functional activities. The mechanics of weight transfer and functional stability will be shared during the Tai Chi workout and how to adopting a correct posture alignment. This is to foster proper posture alignment and movement mechanics which will bring about a positive transfer into their daily activities.

Objective
To reach out to those students who are not actively involved in physical activities and for them to experience that martial arts sports can be very fun and enjoyable. To promote active participation and lifelong learning. Participants are encouraged to try out different form of mixed martial arts.
Programme ID 5044 - Wushu Dance Mass Workout Program Description
Wushu has never been so fun & sporting with our Fun Wushu Dance Routine!

Wushu fundamental movement skills which may seem difficult for beginners are incorporated & broken down into simple rhythmic & trendy dance steps sequence.

Coupled with various different music rhythms, not only will it encourage participants to pick up the sports skills easily in a more relaxing and enjoyable environment, it also provides a moderate to high intensity total aerobic workout.

Customised wushu dance routine can be tailored made specially for the school upon request for mass performance such as ACES day, special events etc.

Objective
To encourage more active sport participation through fun and trendy wushu dance steps. Promote team building, cohesiveness & school identity through a common mass workout.

Besides achieving a whole body fitness workout, participants will also get to benefit from both Wushu specific movement skills and also better overall body coordination. The only difficulty we faced previously is to get our participants to leave the session!

Those Wushu kicking and punching which may seem difficult for beginners are incorporated & broken down into simple rhythmic aerobic workout movements.

Participants are taught on the biomechanics principles of correct kicking and punching techniques and posture alignment which are later integrated with continuous aerobic workout and music, not only will it encourage participants to pick up the Wushu sports skills easily in a more fun and enjoyable environment setting; it also provides a high intensity total aerobic workout.

Programme ID 5217 - Fun-De-Laxing Tai Chi Sports Play Program Description
Without the basic movement skills, a child will have difficulty engaging in any sport.

For instance, to enjoy basketball, baseball, cricket, netball, handball, rugby and softball, the simple skill of throwing must be mastered.

Through fun wushu game play coupled with systematic sport scientific approach, participants will be exposed to various different Tai Chi fundamental movement pattern and skills which will encourage the participants to develop and master these basic movement skills.

These movements also form part of the basic Tai Chi movements, which is later, required for learning of the full routine movements. This is to encourage physically literacy (competency in movement and sport skills).

Following which, different structured level of Tai Chi routines will be taught to the participants and more will be emphasize on the application of fine motor skills for skill acquisition and also to maintain active participation.

Programme ID 5058 - Let's Play Wushu Program Description
Wushu fundamental movement skills which may seem difficult for beginners are incorporated & break down into fun and challenging Wushu games play where participants get to enjoy endless fun play while mastering some of the basic Wushu movements.

Programme ID 5226 - Kungfu Combat Program Description
Kungfu combat movements and fundamental skills which may seem difficult for beginners are incorporated & break down into simple movements.

Through hands on practice with the target bags, participants will get to receive immediate feedback on their delivery of kicks & punches & will also encourage the participants to develop and master these basic movement skills.

Participants will also be taught on the proper biomechanics of delivering different punches & kicks and how to apply these movements in close combat & self defense.

Objective
Learn & apply fundamental movement skills to Wushu & other Sports in a fun, self-motivating & ever challenging learning environment. Understand and apply the biomechanics of Kungfu kicking.

To reach out to those students who are not actively involved in physical activities and for them to experience that Kungfu combat can be very fun and enjoyable. The training program will also incorporate skills such as mental, cognitive and emotional development to participants.

To promote active participation and lifelong learning where participants will be encouraged to try out different other sports with the Kungfu fundamentals skills as basic foundations.

Programme ID 5222 - Tai Chi Clinic Program Description
Participants will be exposed to various different Tai Chi fundamental movement pattern and skills which will encourage the participants to develop these basic movement skills.

Participants will also be exposed to applying the Tai Chi principles into the daily functional activities.

Programme ID 6607 - Super Kick Fit Program Description
Learn & master the basic kicks in Kungfu movements in a fun & interactive approach.

Through understanding of how the biomechanics of each kicking movement works, participants will get to appreciate the beauty of various kicks often seen in Martial Arts movies.

The complete kicking routine will also form a high intensity Kungfu cardio workout which helps burn more calories & keeping fit.

It does not have to involve a huge time commitment, but learning & master the kicks can end up giving you great benefits, especially when combined with the correct breathing method.

This program introduces the participants on the different techniques of basic Wushu self defense. Understand that Wushu is not only to be used for fighting purposes but to defend and protect ourselves in times of danger.

Participants will learn simple break fall technique and how to break away from opponent’s attack/grip effectively without injuring the opponent using their own body momentum and weight transfer.

Programme ID 6634 - Wushu Rebounding Course Program Description
Teach participants on the fundamental skills of leaping, jumping, and hopping in various directions using specific Wushu movements.

It provides a very good platform for weight bearing exercise and cardio workout.

Participants are taught on the different fundamental jumping moves in Wushu which they will learn how to land in a proper procedure and execute the jumping movements in the correct sequence.

Objective
To promote active learning & understanding types of jumping movements in Wushu. Providing a total body fitness workout, participants will also get to benefit from both Wushu specific movement skills and also better overall body coordination & balance.
Programme ID 6615 - Wushu Exercise for Developing Strong Bones Program Description
Building strong bones has to be developed from young in a fun & enriching way. With the incorporation of the Wushu movements which involve various rebounding movements, it provides a very good platform for weight bearing exercise.

Participants are taught on the different jumping moves in Wushu which they will learn how to land in a proper procedure to maximize the effect of weight bearing activities. Course handouts on adopting good calcium intake eating habit will be given to allow participants to be able to sustain a healthy bone developing routine.

To encourage participants to actively involve in the exercise, fun Wushu games & interactive workouts will be implemented in an enriching & lively manner with our team of experienced coaches.

Objective
To promote active learning & understanding types of exercises good for bone building. Promote healthy nutrition diet to comply with the Wushu weight bearing exercise.

Encourage participants to adopt a more proactive and to maintain a routine on how to develop strong bones through their adult years. Providing a total body fitness workout, participants will also get to benefit from both Wushu specific movement skills and also better overall body coordination.
