整套动作为二十八式,短而精,易学,好练,符合初学太极拳爱好者的要求,是武当太极拳中的精品。
太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.

- 起势 – Beginning
- 退步崩式 – Step back warding
- 揽雀尾 – grasp
- 正单鞭 – straight single whip
- 提手上式 – lift leg and kick
- 白鹤亮翅 – white crane spreads its wing
- 左搂膝拗步– left brush knee and twist step
- 手挥琵琶 – play the lute
- 上步搬拦捶 – step up to deflect parry and punch
- 小擒拿手 – catch and hold
- 右踢脚 – right kick
- 左打虎式 – left beat tiger
- 右打虎式 – right beat tiger
- 左斜搂膝 – right beat tiger
- 双插掌 – double palm strike
- 野马分鬃 – part the wild horse’s mane
- 正单鞭 - straight single whip
- 玉女穿梭 - jade lady works at shuttle
