“四十二式太极拳竞赛套路”全套共分四段,里头有不少腿法和发劲等难动作.运动队必须在体能与技术上有很好的基础.这也是为了提高比赛的水准.整套的四十二式太极拳的设计结构合理,丰富和富有观赏性.
