三十二式太极拳
全套路以杨式太极拳为基础,吸收了陈式太极拳的发力腿法,孙式太极拳的步法,吴式太极拳的手法以及武式太极拳的部分动作.

因此这套三十二式太极拳也是一套太极综合式套路.这套路与初段位太极拳相比之下,无论是动作的复杂性或门派的涵盖性更全面,是太极拳入门的提高套路,也是四段位晋段考核的规定套路.
这套路基本除了包括杨式太极拳的身型身法,步型步法,手型手法,而且少量引入了陈式,孙式,吴式和武式的风格特点以及拳法要领.
全套路包括三个手型(掌,拳,勾)和六个步型(马步,弓步,虚步,歇步,仆步,独立步),二十种手法(举,穿,挑,云,棚,捋,挤,按,採,挒,肘,撇, 栽,搬,拦,捶,插,拍,架,撑),七种步法(横开步,上步,进步,退步,石展步,侧行步,并步),四种腿法(拍脚,分脚,蹬脚,摆莲脚).
整个套路将这三十二个动作从简到蘩,从易到难分成四个段落合理组合,并切在第三,第四段集中编排了以独立,下仆,蹬脚,分脚,拍脚,摆莲脚为主的八个难度较大的动作, 它与初段位太极拳相比更能凸先太极拳的沉稳,松活,弹抖,舒展的神韵和气派.
学习三十二式太极拳对进一步巩固太极拳的基本要领,基础动作,不断提高拳术技能,技法,锻炼人体下肢的稳定性和灵活性具有十分重要的意义,是全面提高太极拳术的重要台阶.
太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.
