十八式太极拳
新加坡保健太极拳
为了推广生”命在于运动”计划, 新加坡体育理事会郑重邀请中国太极大师,王岚来新加坡特地编制一套适合老少皆宜的十八式太极拳套路.

这套十八式太极拳套路建设在让初学者掌握身体基本的稳定上.每一个招式的编排都是要让初学者先体会动作的重心虚实. 稳定是太极拳的基处之一,而要更进一步把太极拳练好,就必须掌握好稳定性.

这套十八式太极拳套路完成后,被简称为新加坡保健太极拳,成为新加坡独有的太极拳

为了进一步向全国推广这套新加坡保健太极拳, 新加坡的各地太极拳教练被获邀向王岚大师学习此套路,在学完后加以推广.

在2001年, 新加坡全国武总会连同新加坡体育理事会跟为这套新加坡保健太极拳在蔡厝港体育场主办了一场前所未有的大型太极千人操. 而这场太极千人操的特别嘉宾是我国前总理,吴作栋

今天,这套新加坡保健太极拳已成为初学者的基本套路之一.在打好这套的太极基础后,太极拳学友们可以进一步学习更高难度的太极拳套路.

太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.
