Strength & Conditioning

In NewAge, we incorporate TRX® Suspension Training as part of the conditioning and rehabilitation program for our clients and also to use it for training martial arts such as Wushu and Tai Chi.

When you workout on your TRX® you will be working out your entire body and your core because each TRX Exercise requires that you stablize your muscles and core as you balance to perform the TRX® body weight exercises.

A properly executed 30 minutes workout using TRX® offers an effective and efficient workout that burns approximately 300 - 500 calories. TRX® is used to complement our Tai Chi / Wushu training program for a more comprehensive total body conditioning.

Flexibility Training

TRX® is also effective in flexibility training for those who wish to move their flexibility to the next higher level. It allows the body to adjust the intensity of the stretch by using own body weight as the load.

When done correctly, improved flexibility and elasticity can be achieved in a much shorter period of time. With better flexibility, one can expect to perform better and lower risk of injuries.

Almost anyone who is physically healthy can benefit from suspension training because the user is able to control the resistance and level of difficulty simply by shifting the position of their body.
