陈式太极拳
陈式太极拳源于河南温县陈家沟,据传为陈王廷所创,原有5个套路,之后历经陈家世代相传,和不断的提炼修改,终于形成了近代所传的陈式一路,二路拳套,也被称为新架套路.所谓的新架套路一共有两种:第一种其动作顺序与老架相同,架式与转圈较原先老架小,去掉了原有的一些难度动作.第二种的动作则属于小巧紧凑,在练会后可逐渐加圈,也称为赵堡架.

陈式太极拳竞赛套路是在传统陈式太极拳一路与二路的基础上所创编二成的.这套陈式太极拳竞赛套路除了具有一路中的缠绕柔和特点外,也拥有了二路中的发劲弹抖其动作特色.

这套陈式太极拳竞赛套路不但保留了传统陈式太极拳的主要动作,在结构上也吸收了原来陈式太极拳套路的主要动作顺序.

陈式太极拳竞赛套路中的发劲,跳跃动作具有了一定的难度,而且要完成演练全套陈式太极拳竞赛套路所需要的体力与素质较高.除此之外, 这套陈式太极拳竞赛套路更有处处要求缠丝的动作,并不容易掌握.

整套陈式太极拳竞赛套路在动作编排上由易渐难,多有左右对称动作,以求平衡发展,全面锻炼.全套陈式太极拳竞赛套路一共分四段,第一段多柔缓缠绕动作,而第二段中的步法灵变,突出连续发力.在第三段里,特别突出摆莲跌叉的难度动作.最后,在第四段里,更有跳跃发力的难度动作,尤其是动作的大小,刚柔,快慢变化更为明显. 这整套陈式太极拳竞赛套路在锻炼后,能使身体活动量逐渐增大,非常符合生理的变化规律.

陈式太极拳的主要风格特点分别是缠绕折叠,松活弹抖,快慢相间,蓄发互变.

太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.
