四十八式太极拳
四十八式太极拳套路是继承与发展传统太极拳特点的同时,本着提高与普及的理念,而取其精华,更加体现了动作中的柔和,圆活饱满,虚实分明,连绵不断,行云流水的运动特点及心静体松,柔中寓刚的基本要求,展现了这套四十八式太极拳套路的优美,舒展以及带来人们健身强体的无穷享受.
这套四十八式太极拳套路共有48个姿势动作,综合了以前所有太极拳动作中的精华部分.其中包括了拳,掌,勾3钟不同的手型.另外还有弓步,仆步,虚步,歇步,丁步,半马步,独立步,开立步,横档步等9种步型. 除此之外,也包含了分脚,蹬脚,拍脚,摆莲脚等4种腿法以及其它多种手法与步法.
这些动作既体现了太极拳的主要内容,同时又减少了以前的重复动作,大大的增加了动作数量和技术风格,运动量也相等地提高.
这套四十八式太极拳套路在拳路风格和内容编排上都有了一定的发展,不仅能够更加全面地锻炼身体,同时也为这套四十八式太极拳套路的普及提高与发展提供了有利条件.
太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.
