四十式太极拳
杨式太极拳竞赛套路共有40个动作,基本上特地保留了原有的传统杨式大架子的37个不重复动作,较好地继承了传统动作.这套四十式太极拳竞赛套路中增加了"拍脚" 动作,同时也提高了对分脚,蹬脚腿的高度要求,不但删除了许多重复动作,整个套路也做了重新的调整,给予人们全新的感觉.
这套四十式太极拳竞赛套路在动作编排上特别强调了动作之间的衔接于布局以及动作中的难易性,使整个四十式太极拳竞赛套路非常具有合理性.
全套四十式太极拳竞赛套路分为四段.第一段有9个动作,特别突出了"拦雀尾", "搂膝拗步" 动作,最主要是在于练习进步,基本手法,功架等内容.
第二段虽然只有5个动作,但重点放在退步,分靠,架推的练习,由于动作左右对称,使整个套路布局非常均衡.
第三段有9个动作,集中了好几个较难的动作,如蹬脚,分脚的平衡,高度的控制,都是为了提升与锻炼整体的稳定能力.
第四段一共有17个动作,分别一下势,伏虎势转身摆莲为主,动作的层次变化较为明显,起伏转折灵活多变,形成了整套四十式太极拳竞赛套路中的另一个高潮.
除了遵循太极拳基本技术的要求外,另一个重点是要突出动作外形的舒展大方,动作过程中的柔和缓慢. 全套路的连贯性与圆活性,气势宏大,充分表现出四十式太极拳竞赛套路的独特风格特点.
在学习中,为了避免过度的追求动作柔,姿势过底,幅度太大,所造成动作变型,出现了跪膝,拔根的坏毛病.如果动作中过度轻飘,也会出现柔软操化,失去了轻灵中的沉稳,导致没有内劲.
杨式太极拳竞赛套路的风格特点是舒展中正,柔中寓刚,圆活饱满,沉稳浑厚
太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.
