二十四式太极拳
二十四式太极拳简称 “简化太极拳”, 是1956年中国国家体委运动司武术科组织专家编创的.
这套二十四式太极拳遵循由简到繁,由易到难的原则,对已在群众中流传为广泛的杨式太极拳进行改编,整理,改变了过去那种先难后易的锻炼顺序和过多的重复动作.集中了原有套路中的重要结构和技术环节,而便于群众掌握,易学易练.
经过了40多年的推广与普及,二十四式太极拳作为一种强身建体的锻炼手段,已在全中国各地广泛开展起来,在世界一些国家和地区也得到了开展.
1998年,为纪念邓小平“太极拳好”题词20周年,在天安门广场组织进行了10000人的二十四式太极拳表演,场面蔚为壮观.这说明太极拳已有广泛的群众基础,深受群众喜爱.
“二十四式太极拳”全套共分八组动作,包括起势,收势共24个式,内容简单,易学,动作全面,规范,结构合理.
太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.
