武当丹房八段锦
丹房八段錦,為古代道人于丹房之中修煉的一套功法,也是內丹術修煉的入門築基之法,修煉長生之術,必須以此功作為基礎。它一直在道家內部口耳相授,外界很難窺其全豹。

精、气、神是人生命中的三宝,也是人体免疫功能的物质基础。通过丹房八段锦锻炼,可改善心情,疏通经络,活动气血,具有保精、聚气、养神的功效。

丹房八段锦,动作柔和,节奏徐缓,圆活连贯。它是以腰脊为轴带动四肢运动,上下相随,节节贯穿。既像行云流水,连绵不断,又如春蚕吐丝,相连无间,使人神清气爽,体态安详,从而达到疏通经络、畅通气血和强身健体的效果。

太极者,无极而生,阴阳之母也.动之则分,静之则合.无过不及,随屈就伸.

丹房八段锦總訣
    丹房八段錦,身端體松沉。
    閉目冥心坐,握固靜思神。
    叩齒三十六,兩掌抱鼎爐。
    左右鳴天鼓,二十四度聞。
    微擺搖天柱,赤龍攪水津。
    鼓漱三十六,神水滿口勻。
    一口分三咽,龍行虎自奔。
    閉氣搓手熱,背摩後精門。
    盡此一口氣,想火燒臍輪。
    左右轆轤轉,兩腳放舒伸。
    叉手雙虛托,低頭攀足頓。
    以候神水至,再漱再吞津。
    如此三度畢,神水九次吞。
    咽下汩汩響,百脈自調勻。
    河車搬運畢,想火燒全身。
    邪魔不能近,夢寐不能昏。
    寒暑不能入,災病不能浸。
    子後午前作,造化合乾坤。
    循環次第轉,八卦是良因。
