Tai Chi Outing - Bukit Timah Nature Reserve 26th Oct '08

We are pleased to have over 20 participants who turned up for our Tai Chi outing at Bukit Timah Nature reserve on the 26th Oct '08. It was indeed very lucky that the weather on that day turned out just nice despite the last few days of consistent rain.
 

We are happy to have Coach Yip to demonstrate and share the Tai Chi posture alignment and Chiwalking concepts to the participants. Participants had truly enjoyed the Tai Chi walk up the bukit timah nature reserve and surely had a great Tai Chi workout just on top of the hill.
