The following are things you could do to achieve your fitness/health goals:

1.What do you want? What areas of your health do you want to improve?

2.What do you need to do this? books, an Instructor, equipments, registrar in a gym? etc.

3.How much are you  willing to spend on this goal monthly?

4.How much have you spent on Illness/medicals monthly? This figure can help you save towards this new goal.Regular exercise decreases illness rate.

5. What will you loose if you don't exercise? Being conscious of the pain awaiting you if you dont act can inspire you to act.

6.How will your feel when you achieve your goal? Apart from feeling, looking & being better, you'll inspire others towards a positive lifestyle -thats achievement!

7.Will you be willing to share your knowledge & experiences with others seeking solution to a similar challenge? Possessing relevant knowledge can really be an emotional/mental booster since people come to get informed at your feet.

8.So many people commit suicide because they feel no one cares ,but when you know there are people looking up to you as a source of inspiration,you'll have cause to live to its fullest.

Finally, you will be better of in a "new body"  powered to fulfill your dreams. This is intentional and designed to inspire your practical pursuit towards getting a better body from the one you already possess.
