太极拳的特点有那些?
太极拳的动作轻柔圆和,处处带有弧形,运动绵绵不断,势势相承.传统太极拳的影响较大的流派分别有陈式,杨式,孙式,吴式,武式太极拳.太极拳的特点主要有以下几点:轻松柔和,连贯均匀,圆活自然,协调完整,刚柔相济.除此之外,各式太极拳还有不同的特点.

陈式太极拳的特点有那些?
陈式太极拳刚柔相济,有发劲动作且缠丝劲和弹性劲的锻炼,具有较强的技击性

杨式太极拳的特点有那些?
杨式太极拳拳架舒展简洁,结构严谨,身法中正,动作和顺,轻灵沉着.练法上有松入柔, 刚柔相济.

孙式太极拳的特点有那些?
孙式太极拳的特点是进退相随,迈步必跟,退步必撤,动作舒展圆活,敏捷自然,练时双足虚实分明.全趟练起来如行云流水, 绵绵不断,每转身时以开合相接,故又称开合活步太极拳.

武式太极拳姿势紧凑,动作舒缓,步法严格,分清虚实.胸,腹部的进退转换始终保持中正,完全是用内劲的虚实转换和内气潜移来支配外形.左右手各管半个身体,不相逾越,出手不过足尖.

传统太极套路与竞赛套路有何区别?
传统太极拳套路是一脉相传的太极拳的经典套路,而每一位所传的传统套路在招势上多少会有一点分别,但其动作的规范却仍然保留着传统太极拳套路的风格特点. 太极拳竞赛套路是由传统太极套路改编而成,整套套路的演练有着对时间严格的限制,在对身法,步法,手法的统一规定等等.太极拳竞赛套路主要注重在与外形的规范和难动作方面,这是为了在打分时的统一标准.

什么是太极十三势?
太极拳是综合了历代拳法,结合了古代的导引术和吐纳术,吸取了古典哲学和传统的中医理论而形成的一种内外兼练,柔和,缓慢,轻灵的拳术.它以掤,捋,挤,按,采,挒,肘靠,前进,后退,左顾右盼,定为基本技法,故名太极十三势.

掤劲命门找环跳,捋劲食指划眉梢.挤劲脊背找前脚,按劲凭栏楼下瞧.采劲玄关肩井合,挒劲意在蹬后脚.肘劲劳宫找肩井,靠劲玉枕扛大包.

太极拳在练习时都是慢慢的这是否表示运动量少?
太极拳在练习时的确是以缓慢的动作来进行,可是其运动量并不小,反而在慢练时所对腰腿的要求更高,对重心的虚实转变与转换动作要求也相等的提高.因此运动量反而更大.更何苦太极拳的训练并不是简单的关节与筋的拉伸而已.

太极拳动作主要要求一动无有不动,一静无有不静.太极拳不管对任何年纪都是一种训练与调理身心与健身的良好运动.在练习太极拳时,如果动作到位的话,一套5到6分钟的太极拳套路演练能让心跳平均保持在每分钟跳120次,这跟慢步跑有着相同的运动量.

什么是太极拳的内三合与外三合?
太极拳动所讲的外三合是指手与足合,肘与膝合,肩与胯合.内三合指的是心与意合,意与气合,气与力合.外三合与内三合即是太极拳中所讲的六合.

什么是太极拳的虚与实?
“重心稳定, 虚实分明”是太极拳运动的重要特点, 因为一个姿势与另一个姿势的连接及位置的变化, 处处都贯穿着步法的变换和重心转移的运动.一个动作由虚到实或由实到虚, 既要分明, 又要连贯不停.

凡是旋转的动作,应先把身体稳住再提腿换步;进退的动作则要先落脚后再慢慢地踏实改变重心.上肢动作由虚转实时,前臂要沉着,逐渐展指舒掌,塌腕, 握拳摇松而紧;上肢由实转虚时,前臂运动要轻灵,手掌略微含蓄,握拳由紧而松.这样的虚实变化,体现了虚中有实,实中有虚,柔中寓刚,刚中寓柔的太极拳风格,而不是僵硬,软化的现象,使动作轻而不浮,或而不散.如果虚实变化不清,进退变化就一定不会轻灵,也容易出现动作迟带,重心不稳和左右歪斜,晃动的毛病.

要想把太极拳练习的好,虚实的掌握是其中一个关键.当身体的重心一移动时,虚实的变化随之而来.

练习太极拳时应该如何呼吸?
初学太极拳的人,首先要注意保持呼吸自然,不要因为运动而引起呼吸急促,或是有意的深吸气,呼气. 当动作练熟后, 可以根据个人锻炼体会的程度, 毫不勉强地随着速度的快慢的动作的幅度大小. 并按照起为吸, 落为呼, 开为吸, 合为呼的原则,使到呼吸与动作自然配合.
